Frequently Asked Questions:

• Why can I only add 12 photos?
  PhotoSticky only supports a maximum of 12 photos to reduce the file size for easier sharing. It also limits you to picking the BEST photos to share .
  
• Why do I need a sign-up to share?
  When you share using our server we allow you to view all of the invites you sent or received easily. Your sign-up allows you to have access our web site to view these movies online.
  
• How do my friends view the PhotoSticky I send them?
  When you send a PhotoSticky it can be viewed from the website. Your friends can then save them to their computer and view them using PhotoSticky or just continue to view them from the website. The plus of saving it to the hard drive is that they can resize the window and save the photos.
  
• Does PhotoSticky work on a Mac?
  PhotoSticky does work on a Mac when viewing an invite. A download for the Mac is not yet available.
  
• What is required to view a PhotoSticky invite on the web?
  You only need to have IE 5.0 or higher, Safari or Firefox browser to view and the Flash 8 plug-in. If you install the PhotoSticky application, Flash will also get updated. To get the Flash plug-in, click here: www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer
